Reagan Maraghy served as manager of the Center for Iran and Persian Gulf Studies from 2014-2019. In that capacity, she helped to develop and manage the Center’s interdisciplinary activities, operations and growth. Working closely with the directors, Reagan was instrumental in expanding the core team of scholars and staff, launching and planning the Center’s event programming and recruiting faculty fellows from various disciplines. She initiated a substantial website redesign project with key colleagues from the Center and Web Development Services before beginning a new role at the University (fall 2019) and looks forward to using this new platform to stay connected with events and initiatives in the years ahead. Though her new role at Princeton returns Reagan to her academic roots in American Studies, the collaborative spirit and connection among the Center’s core team members during its formative years will always make Iran and Persian Gulf Studies feel like her second Princeton “home.”
